BUILDER AND RENOVATOR AWARDS
The Beautify Belmont committee has started a new program to honor builders and renovators who contribute to our neighborhood by creating homes which best fit the style and character of our neighborhood. In choosing winners, we will look at those which most closely follow the spirit and intent of the CD ordinance. One new home and one renovated home will be chosen with an award presented at the annual Fall Party. To be eligible, the final product must comply with the CD ordinance and be completed in the year of the award. Nominations can be made to the Beautify Belmont Committee at belmontaddition@yahoo.com. This committee is open to anyone interested in participating.
SIGN TOPPERS ARE HERE!!! After a long wait and lots of hard work, our sign toppers were installed Sept 21, 2005. Thanks to all the folks who donated money to this cause and especially to Melissa Kingston for all her work in raising the money and getting the signs designed, built and to the city for installation. |

Contact information for the City Staff is preprinted on the form. The form is permanently located under "District Info, CD Guidelines and Review Form".
